My Furio with a piper 4-1 + supersprint c/s & KamRacing backbox backfires all the time. its actually pretty annoying.

Even when I'm driving around town in 4th at 30 it crackles and pops.

I must add only reason my VTR popped a flame was because I didn't have a lambda probe and it was over fuelling badly lol, Still made 110bhp

My old demon x pitbike used to spit really nice bluey green flames because it was over fueling :L

As for making a saxo spit flames ...complete 2 more drag races go to a garage and install a direct injection nos kit :L and put some stickers and neons on the car also helps.

Backfire? Rev like mad then switch engine off. Then you will get a backfire. And lots of flames. Not out the exhaust tho

Doesn't work properly on cars with injection, since the ECU cuts injecting as soon as the engine's off. Only works on carb'd cars.

Flames with flamer kits are rubbish and should certainly be left to bad american films.

Because its a big ish engine it most probably uses the leftover fuel in the pipes and cylenders but no ignition source, no falme untill rezches the red hot exhaust but i could be wrong.Sounds good though heh .
