New sub box in (2.something cuft tuned to 34hz), need to have a play with my amp now its in the new box but irst impreesions are the bass is much smoother and more linear, lost a bit of response but i was expecting that happy overall. not painted or owt yet as we will be building it into the boot in the next few weeks.

Love the sub box mate, looks similar to mine (yet to add pictures) I havent smoothed around the port, so the bass shakes everywhere.

Have to ask, where have you sound deadened?

Car looks clean man, thats the problem with having a white one, gets dirty so quick, good choice of fitting steelies for winter, wouldnt want to curb yours

Respect

thanks guys.

unfortunately more repair related updates this weekend until the MOT is passed, axle, crank pulley, fit cat. then get cracking with decat (again), gti-6 brakes, cover my sub box and build it in, new tweeters and a pillar builds, service (yawn). should be it for this year

next year is where the fun starts.
fix gearbox (yawn)
Vibratechnics engine mounts
GMC cams
Predator ECU & LC1 wideband (already got wideband and display)

Enjoy.
