I agree on doing it right first time btw, but you can only get so much done before you lob it in, and then just do the bits and bobs and tidying finishes once its in (that's what I do with my car). Where as Alex would just lob it in at the first possible opportunity lol

You know me
In balls deep and worry about the consiquences after

Been out in the cold for an hour today doing a spot of wiring.
I never was 100% happy with how I wired the battery in the boot. Also had a problem, as the car is sat for long periods of time, the battery is disconnected to save it draining away. But to get to the battery and re-connect it, i had to climb over the buckets into the back as i have no way of opening the boot form the outside. (smoothed lock etc)
So i wired in a little kill switch in a discreet place behind the passenger seat, now i can leave the battery connected and only have to reach to the rear quarter to connect / disconnect the power.
Tidied up the wires a bit too.

More to come soon......

Your car is my inspiration to get my Mk1 mint.
Not many left compared to Mk2's so loads of respect for keeping this one in such good shape

I'd say keep the mk1 lights. The darker lenses suits the car colour and matches the bump strips IMO

Well you should go back and read it properly
It'll be making an appearance at FCS & Trax as usual this year, so make sure to come along to those events.
