Cool VTR alloys?

Im currently running on steels.

Im looking at putting on some lovely vtr alloys i have seen on ebay.

Just wondering can i literally just unbolt the steels and chuck the vtr ones straight on? or is there any adjustments etc.. needed?

if 4 stud then yeahh will fit your car however it may scrape with the back arch on your tyre. I'm running 15 205 GTI alloys on my 1.1 and the back arch scrapes a little on myn, gonna try roll my arch a bit and that should sort the problem.

you need the right wheel bolts you cant use the tapered bolts that your steels use you need flat ones

and if your car is unlowered it'll be fine even lowered im sure it'll be fine. tom5190 ran 165 tires on teh back of his when he was down 60mm instead of the 185s

he only had to cut away some of the arch when he ran 15" alloys with 195's

You need vtr wheel bolts. 1.1 bolts won't work due to the shape and bolt head design. Other then that they will fit.

I'm not super clued up with cars but I would get three regular bolts and one locking bolt for each wheel. You can't tighten up locking nuts up too tight (apparently) as they strip easy or something?

As said above u need the proper bolts. Think with my furio I had years ago the backs went on fine but the fronts needed longer bolts. And they need to be flat not tapered. I used 106 gti bolts. But saxo vtr/s bolts will work too

did you really have to point that out for the third time??

and you need flat bolts allaround, front or back makes no difference
