An exhaust or back box would be next or lowering. Not sure why you have titled your thread 'green air filter' though?

A Back box would be the next step, wouldnt really look to gain any performance from such a small cc engine, although the slightly better breathin of the engine may release a few pony's but wouldnt bank on it too much.

In the case of Alloys or Exhaust - More your choice mate really either drive with a set of alloys and a pee shooter or a noisey exhaust and steelies

I don't think you'd gain much from just a back box but it certainly improves the sound. A full system would be better but perhaps better to save the money for a faster car when insurance comes down

I would just save the money for when your insurance comes down, no point with a 1.1
