Good news mate, well its pretty much the ultimate NA spec, maybe some 809's could open up the power to 210ish
I think we all know its how it feels on the road that counts

I had been looking at 811s lol!! And pushing the power out there, think the exhaust valves ian said would need changing from conversations with matt when it was built many moons ago.
However I have to be sensible, we know how peaky these engines can be, and is it really worth making it so peaky that it runs worse because of the poor MA ratios just to brag I hath more bhp?
I think the 803s work well, they have made 203-204 in another engine with std valves, and not such a mad exhaust and manifold as mine. So if austec can get me near that, or even chase the longmans engines figures I think ill be happy and deffo be leaving it alone.
The car can be made alot quicker by not touching the engine, most notably by me getting more experienced with it and in general becoming a better track driver.

www.castlecombecircuit.co.uk - look at club championships and the regs. Worth popping along to some of the races at combe this year!

Should be on google video just type in something like nick charles castle combe and should come up.
Compete in the combe saloons in class c (1401 - 1800 cc).
Yes will be doing it again this year, already entries are up so should be a good season.

No where near, his showed 163bhp on the only rolling road day we did in it, which is at least 20bhp less, for the most part of his cars life it ran standard dampers and cheap springs, as well as standard brakes, full interior etc! He did eventually get a cage, 4 pots etc but just before he split the car!
