Jordan, your cat would be in the manifold as its a mk2. I've got a complete magnex system that i can even fit for you with the option of a silenced or unsilenced centre for £200. I know its a bit over your budget for that you're getting a full system plus the choice of centres and fitting.

yep i can do indeed. If you're free tomorrow, you can pop to mine and i can get it sorted. I need to buy one new clamp and gasket for fitting. You can choose which centre you would prefer and the other i'll be puting on my cousins car as he's not too fussed which he has.
and yes this is a cat back system from the manifold joint right through to the rear.

the reason why people are getting uptight lately becaue people like ashleyp and others spend time writing up guides and people ignore them and ask questions anyway, also the same questions come up time and time again in the same day yesterday sparco_tom told 6 people whats the best airfilter to go for when they could have just looked in the faqs and guides, people who have all this knowledge will soon stop giving people advise as they repeat them selves so much , i know this is different to posting something in the wrong section but the sections are clearly labled, im no saint ive done it on a few occassions and started pointless threads by accident, just warning you that members who can be very useful to you in solving your problems are getting a bit touchy with certain things

I can perfectly understand why some people get slightly irritated when stuff like this happens, the people who are on here providing the most help/guidance.
Just trying to keep the forums tidy and organised, makes it easier for everyone to use.

second hand supersprint.
If you have the mk2 with the 3plug ecu, you will need the manifold back centre pipe.
The reason for this is the cat convertor is in the downpipe from the manifold.
If you have the single plug mk2 then you have a choice, manifold back which will remove the cat, or the cat back pipe which will leave the cat in place and pass an mot.
Then get a 2inch supersprint backbox.
Can always pick them up cheap from somewhere.
Could get a magnex but i think they sound wank, sounds nowt nor somthing....
www.youtube.com/stevevts video of mine on there somewhere from the olde days.
