No leeroy you are mistaken.
The wiring had been chopped about a lot when i got it, i repaired it as best i could. I told Ryan when i sold him it that it needed a new loom making up as some wires had multiple joins. Water got into the ECU and loom when it snowed and fried both.
It never ran like a bag of shit, it either ran or it didn't!
And the dash doesn't function cos it doesn't even hold the dials in lol Dash or no dash
TBH That looks worse than no dash and i've never heard of someone being turned away from a track day for having no dash. Providing you have controls and mirrors they won't give a shit.

That looks bloody terrible, if its weight saving your after then i would be looking at other places?
Like the black tar padding stuck to your floor where your feet go, that weighs a fair bit when removed.
I suggest a jig saw next time to make it a bit neater, and maybe deburring them holes you have boshed out with a holesaw.
Im all for function over looks but that just Lunacy

HAHA I love dividing.
tars going, the bonnet has no frame, the loom needs thinning down etc...
Its a track toy, im not bothered about it being shiny etc.

Yep its a test if the demister doesnt work through the current channels then its just going to rip this out and bolt it direct to the bulkhead.

Thats what ive done, chopped everything out bar the channels for the demister retaining the bolt points to the bulkhead, its a twin skin which is why I attacked the areas above it with the holesaw.
