VibraTechnic Engine mounts

Right people,

Engine mounts are next on the cards for the little saxo. But im still unsure on which to buy.

I was pretty sure on buying the competition mounts but not sure now wether to get fast road ones or not.

The car is no daily, gets used once a week (if that) for a little b road blast. Plans are to make it more performance orientated and do alot more track days over the coming year or so.
Given my limited use with the car is it ok to get the competition mounts or am i asking for more trouble than they are worth in stuff liable to break?

Also i have a group a lower fork bush that i haven't fitted yet. Is it worth fitting it? ,as i have heard that vibrations are mad and they can lead to gearbox breakages.
