Well I'm debating between fitting a non pas rack as leaving mine on now with outlets blocked up will Be very heavy as you are still pushing the fluid round the rack.

Either the above or I'll relocate it inside the car, not sure where yet though probably behind the drivers seat... What you thinking??

Cant decide tbh......may just remove the ram from the rack and block any inputs / outputs.

Seems like alot of hassle swapping the rack.

Only reason I'd change it is that mine Is not in the best condition...

We'll see what happens, I think I'll end up keeping it though, it does free up so much room with pump and lines out of the bay though

relocating behind the seat is the best place if u decide to relocate m8. its a little noisey but u get used to it.
id be weary on changing to 5.1 fluid for the brakes, i tried it with the 6 pots and it just didnt work that well,

i use ap racing 5.1 fluid and its great. also cheap.

if i were to re-locate the power steering pump id want to put it under the rear of the car where the spare wheel went. then you havnt got the noise and the possible leaks inside the car

Was thinking about behind the seat but after danny's comment and remembering how nosiy Ross's was when i went out for a spin i may think again, however its not a daily drive so may consider it.

Ahhh really, what did you think changed for the worse? ill try with 4.0 fluid first.

As said above im in 2 minds, however there is lots of room there, we'll see what happens.... What are the benefits you find from using 5.1?

Update.... small one.....

the drivers inner wing had for some reason been covered in wax oil, so spent most of the morning cleaning that off, removed the fuse box and the wiring is pretty messy so going to re-wrap that in new loom tape for now. Not going to paint the inner wing for now as will do the whole bay when engine comes out in the winter

I'm also going to ditch the larger outer fuse box and just use the smaller one inside

quick picture
