Not that you'll be able to sell anything again because everyone is fully aware you're a grade A fucking twat.

This. If they're fine as you think then just sell them on again.
Stop being a total cunt. I bet if anyone of us met you in person you'd shite your thong and pay up.
The internet makes everyone a hard man.

He's done it on FB, Ross put a comment about him on French UKO, a few mentioned they'd been had by him.
He's gone to the police and had an officer come out, however it's only one side of the tail. He's committing fraud no matter how small. £10 or a million it's the same thing.
I think Dave just want to get cracked on, call the police in that area. Make the report get the officers email address and put forward the detailed case. If no joy, small claims court.
You've got testimony from the guy on Rallye Register, stating he sold them to him and they are the ones he sold on.

He will claim distress etc and losing sleep!.what about the distress you have caused to other people then keiren?.also you have to have a conscience to have distress etc which you don't.I've read the posts and nobody has actually threatened any violence against you either?.as they have said, refund me and dave p and we will gladly send you these "perfect working order" Billy's back to you.

Wow! Reading this makes me wonder if I got anger issues. If I had been ripped off and the person that did it to me had been caught out like this person and I was getting msgs like that, I'd say f@#k it to the refund and wrap one of the shocks round his head before force feeding him the other (this is not me getting involved by the way, just saying how some people, like myself, would react, luckily no one has said they are going to react this way or similar).
As for the distress part, I'd openly admit I suffer from PTSD, any court would want evidence that this particular thread/sale etc has caused distress, the evidence will take months to get as he'd be monitored the same way I was in the past. Harrassment needs to be more than one occasion, someone turning up at his house once is not Harrassment it's domestic.
From what I can see, if this was in a court then this rip off lad would be shot down by a judge seeing as the original seller has confirmed the sale and this lad has just gone on to make a quick earn by ripping others off.

I would, depending on who it is. I've done a few over the years but I've been very careful about it. Nothing would have stopped any of them doing what has happened to dave though. It's a damn shame.

Keiren admits buying the dampers knowing they were leaking but still refuses to refund us as he says they weren't leaking when he sold them! (someone must of waved a magic wand over them eh?)
Have you ever heard so much bollocks in all your life?
Time to ban the prick I say.

If they weren't leaking when he sold them onto you, surely he'll have proof of repair in the form of receipts to dig him out of the hole he's dug so he can prove he had them repaired and they were damaged in transit.

I've just got back from another nurburgring trip late last night so sorry for the delay in replying. We left later than planned on Saturday so unfortunately I wasn't able to go round and see what he has to say for himself on route as planned.
Kieren is clearly a lying fucking weasel, and it's the lowest form of scum that are prepared to rip off others on a community site aimed at enthusiasts. All I can say is I hope karma catches up with you and you suffer in the long term for your short term gain you selfish little child.
As Dave has now suggested a ban, then that's what I'll do. I'd put it off so he has a chance to reply here via PM but if you're done with this channel of communication Dave I'll ban him now. Let me know if you need me to lift that ban for any reason.
I genuinely hope that you get the Police involved Dave. He's intentionally defrauded you and others. This extends beyond a civil matter as several people have been ripped off.

It's seriously only a matter of time until you cross the wrong person and seriously pay for your conning.
Not only have you repeatedly conned people on different forums/pages etc. you have used your real name to do so. As a result a considerable amount of personal information/contact details are available for the public to see...
I'm glad i'm not in your position, I doubt many people would think twice about confronting a weasel little prick like you.

Dave, go to the police, he'll be fucked as he's obviously scammed a lot of people, get a case number so other people can get in on the same case.
Ktard, now is the time to pay people back, there's so much evidence against you it's laughable, you will get prosecuted for this you know, please put the contact details of your imaginary police officer up.
You spanner
