Few more things done, had a mare after bein sent the wrong radiator twice! So I'm still waiting on the correct one to turn up.
I did swap out the little ball part of the gear linkage, wasn't sure on the old one. To be fair it's not too bad, but again it had only done 50k. New(ish) one fitted and it does feel a lot tighte combined with the constella linkage rods, quick shift and new roll pin.
Started to fit the OMP seats too (well the drivers anyway). Fitted the sub frames to try and work out how best to fit the seat belt buckles.
Decided to put a bolt through a rear seat belt buckle (thanks Matt), through a existing hole (bolt just fit) and into a spreader plate topped off with a nyloc nut. Works a treat.
Seat in and because of the sliding rail there is enough clearance for the buckle.
Note the upside down piston heads sticker on the car across the road (mong).
Because of how I've fitted the seat belts I need to buy a second slider for the passenger seat as original it was going to be a fixed seat.
Tomorrow is exhaust on and wait for the correct rad to turn up and new slider.

Aslong as its a high tensile bolt I dont see an issue. It is mounted flat with a fish plate cannot be ripped out of the frame

Supersprint Centre on:
Adolf though it was a good bit of kit
It sounds so much better that the last section I had on. The old one was really loud and I was worried this was going to make it louder but it's not thank god, much quieter.
Just a few little jobs to go

Since I've been caught out twice with a flat I've finally decided to do away with the old VTR wheel I'd been lugging about and got rid of the cage.
Stuck the spare in the boot, might be heavy but as I said I don't want to be caught out again.
At some point I'll get it powder coated but I'm not too fussed for the minute.
Fitted the passenger seat too, interiors looking canny now. Really need to do something with the back bench as its pissing me off.
Was going to fit the new rad today but the fence blew down in the middle of the night so I've spent most of today digging fence posts.

Nice trs strap! Where did u get it from? And where is it bolted through? Looks like one bolt is for releasing the now missing cage but where have u attached the other two bud?

Got it off gumtree, kid not too far from me. Only £10 and never used.
Got the right size bolt to go through the boot floor (had to widen the eye on the strap with a dremmal) and the other two are bolted to the rear seatbelt points, just removed the rear lap belt.
