my brother showed it to a traffic cop and he said it looks highly illegal but technically its fine, but i wont be suprised if i get puleld over anyway i cba to talk about the spacing i know some people wont like it lol
nah it got a coolant leak which stopepd it selling and i decided i wanted a nice car to drive over the winter, the saxo had to come off the road so i needed another car so seemed stupid to sell this

an overdue update
fitted a new rad about a month ago due to it warping and causing yet another coolant leak 
i also bought some new front and rear discs and pads, i fitted the front today, will do the backs tomorrow, no pics unfortunetly 
i also fitted the ipod/usb alpine HU out my saxo in to the bmw just so i can have my own music as i dont really own any cd's to fill the 6CD changer lol ill be the first to admit the facia surround is bad quality and the HU doesnt sit well with the rest of the bmw's interior BUT its a quick fix and ive got all the music id ever want so im happy, also the fitting kit was only £9 off the bay so why not
i also ran the cables under the center console (harder than you think!) to the cubby hole next to my handbrake for the ipod/usb stick
and yes my ipod is filthy lol

Yeah mate I had all 3 colours the red green and the blue and then I got the full colour lcd one and that got stolen within 3 days of fitting. Bloody good head units though, the ipod control is amazing.

I've been tempted by the full colour one but no point in getting another one just for that lol yea I love it apart from the full colour one never been tempted by another head unit, I'm not sure if you can buy them anymore I've seen a similar double din one for sale in a few places

Na mate they were discontinued a couple of years ago. The double din is still going though.

I bought some cheap leds, but i noticed when my lights were turned on with the ignition on my indicators turned on constantly (bet the USDM scene fags love this)
and also with the lights turned off my leds stayed on but not full brightness
lights go back to normal when engine is started
i dont care about the warning lights coming on or my indicators staying on because when the car is started they go out, its just the leds staying on when the lights are turned off lol put my normal sidelights back in everything is normal again
is this because leds will shine even with a small amount of current flowing through it? and would the more expensive SMD LED's be better?
also fitted some flat blade wipers
and fitted my rear discs and pads after another trip to euro car parts for the right sized discs!
yes the calipers are horrid
i am missing a bolt in this pic, i replaced all my locking bolts with normal ones as the key started to round off, so i removed them all with a hammer and a big bar before it rounded off completely and had to pay a garage to drill them out

Did you get canbus ones? because iirc you need a certain one otherwise it upsets the ecu and that ^ happens...

I got the canbus ones for my car too haha, I've got SMD reverse bulbs, numberplate bulbs and side lights haha
