Yeah i've blocked the lamba sensor hole with a m18 bolt to, does the job .

and yeah you will get alot of pops, bwaaaarp POP bwaaaarppp POP, down change pop pop bwarrrrrrrp.

seemed to rev a lot easier aswell, especially top end

you have to tap out the block part that was an oil port on the mk2 manifold and block it up with a bolt or whatever.

does anyone know if the part numbers are still the same? Do citroen sell the adapter to let you screw in the Mk1 filteR?

Get a VTS standard exhaust with the CAT in the pipe, problem solved, just the hangers for the back box might not line up, either you have them moved or add two more

hi finchy its mike modified mattys mate i have the saxo now hehehe putting a mani 4-2-1 on it next week its finally getting what it deserves then hopfully getting it re mapped next month great guide hope i have luck with it and it all goes smoothly seems like some ppl on here have been lucky and others not so guess its trile and error

hi, how did you get the manifold out or your after market one in ? Because ive got an aftermarket one on mine but i am replacing it. You said you didnt need to remove the alternator to get the exhaust in ? So what would be the easier way of doing it ? thanks, Guy

If you read the guide properly you can go buy a m10 bolt, cut the top off and cut a slit in it so it can be screwed in
