ecoslion Regular Poster Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: United Kingdom Posts: 351	I have a 1999 T-reg VTR mk1 and my engine looks like this: my mate, who also has a saxo vtr mk1, his engine is different..... similar to this one: can anyone tell me why they're different, why mine is grey/silver and his is black? i've read on this site about silver top engine, but what is the difference?? thanks

Used a coil and ignition leads, had no knock sensor and im sure it had slightly different tappets or valves or something The silver top came with a coil pack and knock sensor and the different tappets or what ever it is in the head.
