Default Loose Wheel

done a thread before on my car knocking when turning right and going over bumpy surfaces. sounds like under my feet but have checked ARB wishbones etc and no play...
HOWEVER
...when car was jacked up today realised my front right wheel there is a slight bit of play in it (if you push and pull you can move it) am i right in thinking i may have found my problem. does it sound like the right side etc? could be an explanation?? anyone had this problem?? thanks

I had this problem. Mine was because my main bushes on the rear axle went which made the wheel move about and could be pulled easily.

My rear axle was completely messed up, had it changed today but it made a banging noise when i went over a pot hole....sounded like metal banging. It might be something else but if your wheel is moving then im guessing it maybe a bearing or bush

Is there play in the wheel when you hold the wheel at the top and bottom and try to rock it? (This would be wheel bearing). Is there play in the wheel when you hold it at the side and try to rock it? (Could be lower ball joint, track rod end etc).

mines got play in it, and i was told it were wheel bearings, and it happens on 3 of my wheels :|

he asked when does the knocking happen, and i said when i turn left, and the reason it knocks is becouse u got the weight off the left wheels so have more free movement. He then said is it both your left ones that feel loose?

so i check and it was. Maybe worth trying?

It'll be your wheel bearing(s) on the front.
My Picasso does it on left hand front.
Been meaning to get it fixed but keep putting it off cos of other jobs on the go.
