ok well, tempted to ask some bird im textin if she fancies doing something on saturday night, now i dont normally put up threads like this, but im having a right brain fuck, not been on a date for ages never had time with work, and before that it was a 2 1/2 year relationship, so the lasses ive seen since the long term havent been the classiest of chicks, not ones to take home and meet motheryates, was just thinkin something to eat, just like a frankie n bennies, just something not too upmarket, but better than macdonalds, just somewhere where you can actually have a chat. cinema sucks as you just watch a film and i will more than likely fall asleep

what you you do? lasses input needed, leeroy you romeo, where would you take them? and dont say saxp meet...

I go for lunch. It's easy, casual, lots of other people about so they feel at ease and if it's not going well you can break it off as you have to go back to work.

Bowling is always a decent ice breaker imo

non stop activity to no akward silences, you can have a laugh and arse on aswell

Depending on the weather a walk along the beach! then some where nice like the travastock restaurant at shields, Used to be an old train

Meal ftw mate, nice smart italian restraunt or something, somewhere not too loud but fairly busy. After that go to a smart bar for a couple of drinks.

Similar situation as you but i decided not to ask the lass am speaking to atm, al just keep sleeping with riff raff for a bit.
