Is it illegal for a provisional driver to drive on a Dual Carriageway? (In Scotland.)
Then A92 to be totally accurate. Lol. (Arbroath to Dundee road.)

yes if your dad is in the car you can drive on the dual carrigeway just not motorways

i might be wrong but i think there is a section of the A55 (duel Carriageway) in north wales, not far from llandudno where learners cant drive on.

person next to you must hold a full lisence over 3 years over 21 years old and you must have big L plates on the front and rear of the car

Blue signs = motorway
Green signs = single/dual carriageway
Not exactly that many motorways in Scotland anyhow! Be lucky if you can count more than 10!
