pics as there are realy 3 mks of saxo's but only ever classed as two.
you have the original mk1 with the straight grille.
 .
then you have the later mk1 with a slight face lift refered to as the smiley grille.
then finaly you have the mk2 which had a complete face lift where the grille was in the bonnet.

it was a mk1 with all the trimmings:
fogs
electric windows
power steerig
colour coded bumpers
cd player
alarm
immobiliser
remote locking
sunroof
1.1 engine
wheel trims
i know coz i had one, came with free insurance too

it was a mk1 with a 1.1 engine that had all the above mentioned, the sx models had 1.4's iirc but didnt come with coded bumpers. i think it was citroens way of shifting more models.

ye its just weird, i thought they would have just said that it was a mk2, then introduce the current mk2 into the mk3 lol strange french ways.....
