Default Spraying wd-40 into the engine bay

is this going to cause any problems?

i've sprayed some of the parts you're suppose too, but someone told me that you can spray the plastic to make it clean (it does make it come up an absolute treat) but is this bad?

dont spray anything that gets hot ie, manifold/manifold covers

but should be fine as long as you dont spray anything majorly hot as said
