Default New Alloys And Lowering 4 MK2 Saxo Furio (Gold/Black)

Hi,
Finally saved up the money so i can buy some new alloys and have it lowered. I have a gold/black saxo and i would prefer 'black' alloys if possible. Also i dont want it to rubb though.Because i have a few speed bumps in my area so i dont want it to scrape across them but i want it low still if you know what i mean.

Can someone please recommend some smart alloys (and size) and how much shall i have it lowered please. And if possible wheel sizes?

Please answer if you know what your talking about
Thanks
Matt
