Default Whats the button on my dash for?

Hi,
anyone know what this button is for on my dash next to my hazard flash button?
Ive not seen it on another Saxo before, and only just noticed it my self.
Its like a speaker with a cross though it.

And I've got another problem, every time i get into my car and start the engine, both indicators flash at the same time for about 10 seconds. Any idea on what that is?

Thanks,

If I recall correctly it is to silence the alarm, or to disable the interior sensors. I forget which, but I know it is for the alarm

Disables the interior alarm sensors.

Press the button and hold it until the alarm led illuminates and then lock the car as normal.

The rest of the alarm works as normal......just no interior sensors

Shitroen (in all their wisedom) knew the sunroofs would leak and water would get into the interior alarm sensors, so they put that button in to turn them of. I had to use it every time i wanted to lock the car with the alarm. If i didnt, the alarm would go nuts.
