First Car
Just bought my first car last week. 52 plate wicked red vtr. cost me £1650 ( kinda pricey lol) but whose fussed as it had just been put through its mot the day before i bought it had a new rear axel fitted and some other things saving me £250! Its completly standard.
Just need to gather some funds now and get stuff done to it, what do yous think i should do first ?
Heres a few pics ~

What do you have in mind? Cosmetic/performance/subtle mods, etc?

Same boat as me then . Subtle mod's are always good. You could use T cut on the rear badges to make them black (I'm personally not a fan of this though). simple things make a difference, like painting, (or even using some form of back to black) on the bumper and side plastic strips.
Lowered? 40 or 50 mm all around looks good, and doesn't affect the ride too much if you purchase and fit an entire kit.
Just a few simple ideas

VTR wheels in white go very well with a wicked red VTR in my opinion
Have a look on here, I've seen one or two like that
T cutting is very cheap... especially if you already have some in the garage or shed hehe.

welcome to the club its rather cool on here and i have been taking standard parts and modding them ie smoothing lines tinting lights and my smooth boot plus some other more noticable changes but painting and colour coding is fun just polish and maintenence is a good recomendation enjoy your time here and hope to see your car come along

wicked red FTW!
Paint alloys black gloss, lower it about 40-60mm, maybe a magnex exhaust system, black jewel lights, either tinted headlights or angel eyes.

I would gloss black the alloys and tint the back 3 windows, lower 60mm all round, spray the cd player surrounding plastic wicked red too that looks really cool, and also the air conditioning surrounds in wicked red. Personally I'd get some vts wheels in gloss black and stick them on. Colour code the bumpers maybe? Expensive to get it done though. 'widemouth' the front bumper and put a dimma grille where the badge is with a black mesh behind. Black angel eye headlights for the front and smoked rear lights and that thing will be lookin sexxxey!!!
