In automatics overdrive is not used for motorways lol. It keeps the car in a lower gear than it normally would to keep the revs higher.

And that 2nd supra is insane! must need a rebuild or major service every few hundred miles, cant keep putting that sort of boost thru without it!!

Easy, it's N/A. N/A models 'only' make 220bhp, and they weigh about a ton and a half, so they're not exactly light. Although i've gotta say, i'm surprised at just how much the Saxo pulls away still...

LOL... The 2jzgte engine was heavily over-engineered from the factory and can handle alot of boost reliably even with standard internals so think what it's capable of when it's had alot of work done! Do you really think so many people would be running huge bhp Supras if they needed rebuilding every few hundred miles....
Also a (beautiful) motorway cruiser with a tard at the wheel is hardly a race car so I don't really see the amazement at this.
