Tracking and inlet advice please......
1.
My cars tracking is out pretty major, is it worth me doing it myself or just letting the garage do it?
How do you align the tracking if i should do it?...
2.
A VTR Inlet manifold... will it give me better throttle response and air flow?
and is it a simple swap over or do i need to do the whole remapping due to more air and such...
Thanks for your help

If youve only got a 1.0i [assuming from the profile] then a VTR manifold will give you no performance gain whatsoever and will probably make your car run like s..t.
Get the tracking done at a garage because it sounds like you havent got a clue.

I have a furio and i was told that it should..
i do however have a clue as i bent my wishbone so replaced that by removing the strut etc, and replaced the drive shaft.. thats all in the same area as the track rod, i was just wondering how easy it is to adjust and what to adjust...
I do have a clue mate, dont know if you meant to insult my intelligence but i suppose i sounded like a bit of a "argos air filter ftw!! " noob

Get your tracking laser aligned
leave inlet as it is, it'll cause you more hassle than it's worth

I'll be at Fcs - car should be on the stand, but I make no promises on how clean it'll be. I'm coming from Loughborough so will either meet you guys at a service station or see youbon the stand

yeah, but you'd have to be dicks to do more than 70 odd on the motorway, you like double your efficiency slower, besides, i took a few stickers off for weight reduction so i can keep up now
