i just put some oz 16inch rims on with 20mm bolt on steel spacers, im gettin fuk loads of vibration. the wheels are balenced an not buckled. im thinking that the spacers and 16s together are just to heavy and thats why its juddering, has anyone had a similar problem??

Are the wheels the correct offset for your car? What did they come off of? If they are correct you should consider a 4 wheel alignment as the toe (angle) that your wheels are sitting at could cause the vibration. Sticking 25mm spacers and 16" wheels onto suspension that's designed for 14" wheels is going to throw all sorts of things out.
