Ok I ordered from cyc, and I got the DAS 6 pro, arrived promptly, however I have 5" pads, but it came with 6" backing plate, is this right? What's the issue with pad sizes correlating to backing plates?
Thanks

You will need to buy a 5" backing plate. NEVER use a larger backing plate. I think when you buy the DAS-6 you get a free generic plasticy crap backing plate.
Are you sure it's 6" ? Swear the one I got in the box was 5" when I had a DAS-6

Ye, i mailed cyc saying that I think you sent me the wrong size backing plate, just waiting in response. It's real odd though. I think Tim may of messed up my order slightly because; I ordered the DAS 6, £105 intro kit, expecting to receive 3 pads, and 2 merzerna bottles. However I received the DAS 6 pro, with 6 pads (2 of each) same quantity of bottles, and a 6 inch backing plate.
It's all very strange.
