Classical music and jazz.

Hey,

Firstly looking for some advice on some decent classical music.

I listen to classical FM often, how ever find it annoying that i have to put up with people talking inbetween tracks, there for i decided i would have a look for some CD's to buy/download.

My only problem is i have no idea what i am looking for, i have seen compilation CD's but i am guessing these are as shit as the compilation CD's for all the other genres i listen too!

Looking for other CD's there is so many composers etc i have no idea what to get!

Now i dont think ill get many replies for this, how ever im sure there must be a few people who listen to it on here?

Secondly anyone know some decent jazz artists/albums to get?
