Default Fitting rear discs and pads!

Right, I could do with a guide to doing these brakes.

1)What do I need to do in preparation?

2) What do i need to watch out for?

3) How do I do them? Step by step guide anyone?

Also, i need to do the wishbones.

4) Any help?

Default

1) Buy a haynes manual, and discs and pads.

2) Seized bleed nips, seized disc retaining bolts.

3) jack up rear of car, remove wheels, remove pad retaining slider, remove pads, undo disc retaining bolt, remove disc, clean up mating surfaces, apply copper grease to mating surfaces, fit new disc, put bolt back in, turn caliper piston so it retracts, apply copper grease to sliding surfaces of pads and caliper, fit new pads, check clearance of pads to disc should be around 1mm, adjust piston to suit, fit pad retaining slider back in with some copper grease on it, bleed brakes, refit wheels, lower to ground, done.

4) buy a haynes manual, buy new wishbones, jack up front of car, remove wheels, undo pinch bolt (bottom of strut), split balljoint, undo bolt at other end of wishbone and remove it, get inside car, pull back carpet, cut through the foam to get to the access hole for the final 2 nuts for wishbone, remove them, remove wishbone, put new wishbone on, refitting is the reverse of removal, use new pinch bolts, can be bought from swampy on here.
