Question Headlights, do they come apart (easily)?

Hi

Before I go and get my rather expensive new xenon hids out of the packaging and installed (with its projectors). Will the lense of the headlights easily come away from the main housing so I can get in at the reflector?

Thought id as here first as I cba unbolting the headlights to find out as Im not doing the install today anyway. Its also pishin doon ootside

Cheers
Cammy

yeah its just softening up the glue stuff that takes time to get them apart, heard some people put the light in the oven but would personally rather use a hairdryer just to be safe and not melt anything

Cheers

Iv got an Agga that only does very hot so wont be going down the oven route.

I do have a heat gun though that Iv been mainly using for heat-shrink tubing (best invention ever!!) so Ill use that and hope it does the trick.

As for putting the lense back on?
