Default Running water on start up

So the other day, i started my car, and i heard what i can only describe as someone turning a tap on and off, and the ater running down the plug hole!
Any ideas??

never known a fuel pump to make that noise? but i suppose its a valid idea?

Mine has always done it, Don't stress its not a problem. Its just water moving around the cooling system.

from behind the dash? what it will be is the heatermatrix getting water through, prob a really small amount of air in the system

sure will, its also one of the first signs of head gasket failure. first thing i'd do though is bleed the cooling system

no point in doing any of this guys! shes very poorly! too much work and expense for me to take on! guna sell her on and get soemthing else!

too much work to bleed the cooling system? Short of topping up the washer bottle or putting oil in it, possibly the easiest single job to do?
