USB is norm around 5v iirc so I wouldn't of thought that was enough is it?
EDIT: I don't think it can, as certain USB's can not even power small applications without an additional ps

ha i know. Its like plugging a fucking extension cable into itself ! It would not work. Alternating current comes out the wall and is changed to direct in the laptop. Usb power aint strong enough.
