coilovers on ebay
Hi im dom, im new to the saxo scene as i used to be a fiesta zs owner.
now im new to all the stuff for these, on ebay i was looking for coilovers for my saxo and there is a set going for £165 and a set going for £170 there brand new but i dont think there branded, now would they be worth getting? as i cant afford much at the moment trying to pay debpts off!
can anyone help me with this?

Click search and input 'raceland coilovers' into the box, sooo many threads about them.
Coilovers are not meant to be cheap and any that are will not be the best quality, you get what you pay for.

The kit that is £170 new I brought a few months ago, they go decently low but I upgraded to gaz gha coilovers.
If your tight on cash then I have my old kit for sale £100 posted.

Oh you could...
If your short on cash just get some second hand 50mm springs for like £30. Then adjust the torsion bar to match.
I don't understand why everyone thinks they need coilovers.

Here is a good guide

However, if you've never done it before I would recommend getting help from a friend who has or taking it to somebody who is able to do it, it can be quite difficult especially if the bars are seized in. Also, if you take it to a garage and they mention they would do it using the 'notches' method, steer well clear.

I hope you mean NOT use the notches method!
Have a look in your regional section on here, there will probably be somebody in your area able to do it, or some of the relevant affiliate members on here. To do it properly, the torsion bars need to be removed, not the trailing arm(s). Whatever you do, stay away from the notches method.
