craze!
Had anyone tried craze as a pre workout?
Got a free sample from my local supplement shop, and I will definitely be buying some. I train at 6am so have no time for getting any food inside me before hand as I can't get up any earlier. But this craze gave me so much energy and focus,I had the best workout I've had for a while!
Would recommend it for sure.

I would recommend for sure. I'm up at 05.50, down the craze and in the gym for about 06.10. I don't feel that tired to start off but by mid workout and the blood starts pumping I feel so focused and have got so much more energy to keep going and get a few more sets in.
I genuinely feel like I don't want to leave!

Not sure online to be honest, as I buy mine from a local shop called the body shack.
I pay £31.99 but I'm sure you could get it a few quid cheaper on the net.
