90 or 98 bhp R? As a silvertop can be either! One or three ecu plugs?

fly wheel doesn't effect power, on most engines the manifold and exhaust system just makes up lost bhp over the years however im led to believe a good full exhaust system can add up to 10-15bhp on vtrs, due to restrictive oem parts
so at best could be 100-110bhp depending on what engine you have but i wouldnt take that as a reliable figure its all guess work without before and after dynos!
cams are usually around £2-300, then about £100 for a headgasket kit/water pump/cambelt (add any other serviceable parts), then about £100 in labour to time the camshaft in correctly and about £300 for a remap so around £7-800 without labour of fitting the cam/headgasket, so imo not worth it at all (unless your getting the headgasket, cambelt done anyway which i suppose justifies fitting a cam)
EDIT: forgot 8v's dont have an oem adjustable pulley so will need one of those also if you want the most out of the cam
