Default Torsion Quote?

Hi every one just wondering If this sounds about right I've been quoted £30 to fit my front lowering springs and £90 to lower the rear with the torsion bar. Is that a fair price or is there cheaper
Thanks

Yes that is a very good deal, especially the fronts. Is it a fairly reputable garage? And also ask them which way they will lower the rear, if they mention anything like the 'clicks' or 'notches' method, stay well away. The torsion bars have to be completely removed, then the trailing arms jacked up to required height, then the bars get reinserted.

Yeah he said he's done loads of torsion bars now he said "there not a nice job" haha but I will ask what method I've seen a lot of people on here say the notch method is not a good way to go about it
