Default Dismount front & back bumper

Dear Saxperience Forum People,

I'm new on this forum and i'm from the Netherlands so excuse me for my bad English.
On the Dutch forums i can't get a clear answer on my question.
My blue Citroen Saxo 1.4 VTS bumpers (the black part) are really getting grey and ugly.
Now i wanna respray the black part of the bumper again, but i don't know how to dismount (don't know if it's the right word for it) the front and back bumper.

I hope i get a clear answer on this forum!

Kind regards,
Roman

Front bumper has 1 bolt either side, pull the arch liner off and you should see it. It's 10mm if I remember correctly. Then there are 2 more under the bumper, have a look under the car and you should see them.

Back bumper has 1 bolt either side in the top corners of the bumper. Once again, remove the arch liner and you should see it, also has 1 bolt either side under the rear lights and I think there could be a couple under the car too (haven't taken a rear bumper off in a while)

They're pretty simple to take off, just have a good look around.
