Default Exhaust Problems?

As i am going though my check list of MOT failures and close to the end. This is a tricky one to work out for myself on what needs doing.

I have enclosed a picture stating what my exhaust emissions failed on and would like advice on what could be or is the problem? Thankyou guys help appreciated as usual

Can be a few things, obviously you don't have any blows or it would have come up on the MOT.

A few people say giving the can a good run before the mot will help the emissions. Personally I think it'll be a dead cat or a knackered sensor.

If you're looking for exhaust leaks, put your hand over the tail pipe, it makes it now harder from any leaks!
