I know mate,it says I can't add an attatchment though but I'll try. It's right at the back and down right by the wheel arch . It runs horizontal and look like a long bolt is coming out towards the drivers side ?

If it's driver side (uk rhd) it'll most likely be some sort of mounting bolt, I would say the drive shaft bearing brace mount but for some stupid reason I got a picture of a 206 in my head and can't picture the back of 1.1
Get under there and get it screwed back in asap, just in case it pops out on the motorway and torpedos some poor buggers rad, windscreen, brain!!!!!!

Either that or the steering ram, which should be covered by a rubber gaiter.
