iirc the PH3 cam are slightly longer duration than the 708s & the PH1 cam are slightly shorter duration than the 708s. (its been a while since iv seen the 708s spec sheet)
PH3 cam seems to be the poular choice for 16 valvers though. By the looks of things with a decent remap you could see more of a gain with these over 708s?

You cant really quote bhp figures for things like this since there are so many variables to take into account but with a full exhaust system, manifold & enclosed filter its not unreasonable to be aiming circa 150bhp.
EDIT: you will need a remap of course, otherwise the cams will only give a couple bhp & have other side effects like runing lean & an irratic / lumpy idle

Yes the price is for delivery to your door. they run on standard internals.
As said above actually the PH3 has a little bit more lift than the 708 so should see same if not a little better results than the 708 the PH1 has a little less lift but is better on idle so you'll see a few BHP down on the 708 to be honest you aint gunna get cams at a better price and they are coming from a good company.
The more the merrier come on people this is a bargin.

one person says duration, ones says lift, lol. if the duration is higher than 708 it sounds good, lesser lift less headwork

That is cheap IMO.
What else would be needed, adjustable pulleys and a remap..?

for the VTS you would just need the remap, they already have adjustable pulleys
C'mon people, apart from williamsvts' thread this is the deal of the year
