Well last night i got called into the office and was informed that my hour would be reinstated.

A small victory but a victory none the less

Get it right up him, i fair put the shit up him when i started with my letter of grievance and then when he asked me and i confirmed i would take i all the way to court he soon backed down and gave me the hour back

He is still a cunt.

AND the moral is dont back down! Dont just accpet a decision especially if you know it is wrong!

Any way the situation has gone to far and i will be leaving the company as soon as i find another job. But there is now no rush on me to find one since i wont be dropping in wages

nice one mate.. we just got a new wanker of a boss at halfords and he thinks he can do anything :@ well he can but he is such a cock.. he has no people skills, no one likes or speaks to him, and if he fires any of uss theres like 7-8 of us who will walk out.. so that kinda shut him up when he was goin to fire one of the other part timers who was there for 4 years :O
