I couldn't afford to go and insure a VTR, so I'm spending a year or two in a car that is underpowered. But at least I'm legal. Really bugs me to be honest that people drive VTR/S without techincally being insured... There are always choices.. Can't get insured on a VTR? Then buy a 1.1, or another car. Or even use the bus until you are older.
