looking at about £1000+ for a proper respray, thats a bugger but seems odd its only in certain areas, i would take it into a bodyshop and ask what they thinks caused it, probably some paint stripper or similar substance.

What a nightmare! Expensive to fix!
Seen this happen near me. Loads of cars down one side of the road. Looked like someone walked along with a water pistol filled with paint stripper!

Didn't someone have a blue Saxo a while back and someone poured paint stripper all over his car, he covered up the rust patches with primer?

id of said paint stripper too someone maybe rinsed off something with it on and its splashed up
could also be water getting under the paint

Bit of an update to this.
Garage said its like paint stripper etc been sprayed out of a water gun or something.
Im sure someone found it funny...
Getting the panels resprayed rather than the whole car.

cant you not get some of someone whos breaking a saxo the same colour, be a hell of a lot cheaper and will match a lot better
