Not too long. Just made a cardboard template and then cut it out of sheet ally. The tricky bit was filing it to shape as you can't vice it because of the shape. Which was also a bit of trial and error to get right.

Old pictures are old! Now rolling on 14" TH Lines with a bit more stance
Car could do with a good machine polish comparing it to that last pic though

not sure wether my fogs would class as unique? sprayed the same black as the car..
a little twist on chequers..
and 106 mirrors with a little difference, base plates black and mirrors white..

Not a 1 off but its unusual and I did make the base plate myself from start to finish and mounted it all and painted it etc...
Home made SPAL fan mount, made from light weight Aluminium
And thats about it from me recently
