Cant remember if its Hydraulic Tappets but checking the Tappets would be the next stage could be a burnt valve.

Even the Headgasket may have blown between cylinders.

Get it to a garage to diagnose.

well seeing as its not spark chances are its fuel

a would remove the fuel rail , unlpug the coil pack and turn teh engine over to check all the injectors are working

if thats all fine a would do a compression test

strange, guess lots of things cause this then. mine misfires when it hasnt been used for a day or 2, but the gasket looks fine. i guess mine has something to do with the coilpack/sparkplus/injector

As all of above it could be one of a few things, get it to a garage and get it tested or you could be changing bits and spending alot more than you need to. To be honest i wouldn't surprised if it was the injectors, but thats just a gut feeling lol.
