Default Patchy Junior :D saxo no.2 :)

so I had a swift sport.... and here she is...

but I got bored so I thought id go back to the saxo
and I picked him up on sunday... here he is........

he has already had quite a bit of work done....

its got a saxo vts bottom end that's been cammed with kent road cams, its got a jp4 head conversion, re-map, manifold, quickshifter, stage two gearbox and race clutch, its got 106 gti wing mirrors and interior that's been reupholstered in half leather half suede, blue rallye carpet. its also colour coded, as you can see boot has been debadged and smoothed, and hes got parada road legal track tyres
the list goes on but I cant remember from the top of my head...

first plans are only little,
team heko wind deflectors
lowered the rear end, fronts already 40mil
team dynamics wheels being resprayed in purple...
maybe a full body respray...

Looks much better than the old Saxo and plans sound pretty sweet to.

First thing I would be doing is leveling it.

Nice, it needs satin black bumper strips though.

Rear needs slightly lowering.

He sounds like a twat then, he hasn't done anything to the back, just lowered the front. Didn't you smell bullshit? I'd be questioning if any of the other 'mods' such as cams etc exist or if he was just talking more crap.

Each to their own but I couldn't buy a car from someone like that.

I prefer the colour coding tbh

the lad I bought it from didn't seem to know a lot about cars (or how to drive the thing) I have receipts from previous mods for proof from the previous owner and verification that all work was carried out by pug performance he was just a kid with a fast car....

not sure who Jamie is? the cars from Newcastle.... the guy I bought it from was called troy....

I know! hard to believe I got bored of it myself, :/ strange really! mostly the cost of modding to the swift was expensive!! although I have just bought a simota enclosed enduction for the sax yesterday should be here tomorrow and I think he is being lowered as we speak cant wait to get him home and have a play

I was only kidding, thought I would wind you up after the thread you started in general chat lol.

Does this not feel like a bit of a step backwards in terms of build quality from the suzuki? (Bearing in mind I have never been in a swift).

not really, since I lowered the swift its not a great ride tbh and wasn't from being factory either, 17's with 45 profile is a rough ride and road noise is terrible! the saxo has a smoother ride :/ but its a small fun car, well they both are...
